We serve all major cities and counties, including Montgomery, Prince George’s, Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, Silver Spring, Bethesda, Waldorf, etc.

What types of items can you deliver?
We handle everything from small packages to pallet freight, including furniture (new & used), legal and medical documents, auto parts, light construction materials, and more.
Note: We don’t transport live animals or hazardous materials.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime before dispatch with no fee.
If a courier is already en route, a small cancellation fee (not to exceed the deposit) will apply. We clearly explain this before booking confirmation.

Do you provide packaging materials?
We recommend items be packaged securely before pickup.
LoadPro drivers apply protective wrapping (blankets, shrink-wrap, straps) as needed.
However, we do not provide boxes, tape, or bubble wrap. Extra protection may be added at your request (and cost).
What if I have a fragile or high-value item?
We specialize in fragile, business-critical deliveries.

For premium same-day deliveries (booked before 11 AM within 25 miles):
Yes — guaranteed delivery before 11:59pm.
