We remove furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, boxes, clothing, exercise equipment, hot tubs, scrap metal, and more. We do not remove hazardous materials.

How fast can you remove junk?

Same-day and next-day service is available in most areas. Call or book online and we'll confirm availability right away.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is volume-based — meaning you pay based on how much space your junk takes up in our truck. We always provide a free on-site estimate before any work begins. No hidden fees.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes — all estimates are 100% free with no obligation. Our team will assess your junk on-site and give you an upfront price before we start.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel anytime before dispatch with no fee.
If a courier is already en route, a small cancellation fee (not to exceed the deposit) will apply. We clearly explain this before booking confirmation.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Load Pro Logistics is fully licensed and insured. Our crew is professional, uniformed, and background checked for your peace of mind.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

For new clients, payment is due before service; returning clients enjoy more flexible billing options.

Absolutely. We make every effort to donate usable items to local charities and recycle materials responsibly. We believe in eco-friendly disposal whenever possible.

What happens after the junk is removed?

Once we've hauled everything away, our crew sweeps up the area and leaves it clean. Payment is only collected after the job is complete and you're fully satisfied.

Is same-day junk removal guaranteed?

  • Same-day service is available based on scheduling and location. We do our best to accommodate same-day requests — call us early in the day for the best availability. Next-day appointments are almost always available.
